Shipping/Delivery
Unfortunately, due to our present situation, we do not offer shipping or delivery. Because our orders are typically only given to friends and family, they will be given in person. If in person delivery is not an option for you, please contact us at allthingsbyally@gmail.com and we can assist you from there. Thanks!
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order (not created before order is submitted), we do not offer order cancellations. If you have a question or comment about this, please let us know. But, if the product breaks or is unusable when recieved please let us know and we will act based on your circumstances.
Order-Adjustments
If you would like to add/change your order, you may do so before making payment to ensure no miscommunication or major errors happen. You can do this by emailing us/letting us know the changes you'd like to make. If changes result in additional payments, then we will let you know before making a payment! In general please be sure double check your order before submitting. If you are interested in making changes after payment, please let us know and we'll assist you from there.
Return/Exchanges
Because our products are made to order and personalized for the buyer, we do not offer refunds/exchanges. If you are not pleased with your order, we would love to help you at allthingsbyally@gmail.com.
